Michel Cluizel sources high quality cacao, grown free of pesticides and uses only the finest ingredients: pure cane sugar, instead of syrups or cheaper sugars, pure Bourbon vanilla beans, pure cocoa butter, instead of hydrogenated oils, and no soylecithin.
