Viva Chocolato currently ships to US addresses only. We take great care of our delicate, Grand Cru Artisan Chocolate products, including our Grand Cru Wine & Chocolate Pairings, Grand Cru Baskets, Grand Cru Wedding Favors, and Grand Cru Corporate Gifts, which are perfectly packaged in our thermally insulated packaging to withstand hot climate and arrive as fresh and tasty as you would buy them from Viva Chocolato! in Austin, Texas.
We offer overnight, including Saturday delivery, and 2nd day shipping options to guarantee the full artisan freshness and tastiness of our products. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your satisfaction, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund by contacting us, and we will promptly resolve your issue.

Shipping Deadlines:
We may choose not to ship over the weekend to ensure your shipment arrives in perfect condition because temperatures vary across the country. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Adult Signature Required
$4 will be added to all wine order deliveries and will require an adult signature upon arrival.
2nd Day Delivery - All orders placed by 1pm Central will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm Central, it will be processed on the next business day. Please note that 2nd Day Delivery orders placed after 1pm Central on Wednesdays will not ship until the following Monday.
Overnight Delivery - All orders placed by 1pm Central will be processed the same day. If your order is placed after 1pm Central, it will be processed on the next business day. Please note that Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1pm Central on Thursdays will not ship until the following Monday.
Overnight Saturday Delivery - Orders for Overnight Saturday Delivery must be placed by Friday, 1pm Central. This service is not available in all areas. Please contact Customer service at 512-945-2283.
Future Deliveries - All orders with a future delivery date wil be shipped to arrive as close to that date as possible but could arrive a day early. Overnight Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive on a specific delivery date.
In case of multiple recipient shipping, please note that these shipping rates are per address.
Warm Weather Shipping:
Please note that if your destination is over 74 Degrees F (23 Degrees Celsius), we strongly advise that you select our warm weather package. This consists of an insulated container & a reusable frozen gel-pack, which will keep your package cool for up to 48 hours. In extreme hot weather conditions, we reserve the right to delay your shipment. For these warm destinations we suggest that you check off months (June, July, August), we ship all of our packages with this proven warm weather package. In addition, during these warmer months we wil only ship products Express or 2nd day to ensure your items arrive in the best condition possible.
Track Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS or FedEx tracking number. You will be able to track your package by going to www.ups.com or www.fedex.com. Click on the "tracking button" and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
